Our vision is a nonprofit ecosystem where no organization is too small to get expert support, the leaders closest to the work have the resources to lead it, and capacity is never the reason good work doesn’t get done.
This vision shapes everything we do, including how we price our services.
Consulting
Every consulting engagement is different. We scope and price our work around your organization’s goals and resources, not a fixed menu. If you’re curious whether we’re a fit, the best first step is a conversation.
Cohorts + Workshops
We price our cohorts and workshops on a sliding scale. The goal is simple: make our programs accessible to organizations of different sizes and budget realities, while keeping the work sustainable for us. When those who can pay the Full rate do, it makes the Accessible rate possible for those who can’t. Each offering lists its specific prices; the tiers below tell you which one is right for you.
Full — 100%
For organizations with a budget of $5 million or more, or anyone paying personally without financial hardship.
Supported — 85%
For organizations with a budget between $1 million and $5 million, or individuals paying out of pocket who can manage this price comfortably.
Accessible — 70%
For organizations with a budget under $1 million, or individuals for whom the Supported price would be a stretch.
A note on funding: capacity-building grants can often be used to cover cohort registration. If you’re applying for a grant and need language to make the case, we have standard language you can adapt. Reach out to us for more information.
Coaching
We offer one-on-one executive coaching for nonprofit board chairs, CEOs, executive directors, and other leaders who are navigating the particular challenges of leading mission-driven organizations. Coaching engagements are designed together based on your goals, timeline, and availability.
Coaching is available from $300 per 50-minute session on a sliding scale. Let’s talk about what a coaching engagement might look like for you.
